Our personality is complex and consists of a wide range of characteristics: joie de vivre, depth, leadership,
And we each have our own preferences and talents that make us who we are, rooted in how well we adapt to a certain emotional palette.
Yet, we are all equal, since every emotion that characterizes us carries its opposite, to which we are less accustomed.
Let’s take for example two tuning forks, both tuned to ‘La’. If we make one tuning fork vibrate, the second will vibrate in resonance to the same frequency, which is ‘La’.
If one of two tuning forks is tuned to ‘La’ and the other to ‘Sol’, the vibration of one of them will not make the other vibrate.
The same applies to human beings who, if they are tuned the same, will find each other through imperceptible signs and ways to be that the unconscious recognizes. All the more so, because a universal reference system exists.
This resonance allows us to come into contact with the collective unconscious, carrier of these universal references. And this collective unconscious extends to beings as well as to things, which may also carry emotions.
This constant link to the collective unconscious puts each of us in touch with beings and things that resonate with us, every single moment. It brings about events needed in our lives. Surprising events that happen like magic just at the right time.
It’s what Jung intuitively recognized without being able to develop it into a model: synchronicity.
Our personality test works like this: It suggests universal emotional combinations that either resonates with you or not, and reveals in the process who you really are.
